Ethereal Beauty started on December of 2015. Pa have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Carried 8 years of cosmetology license and 7 years of cosmetology manger license.  Pa always worked in a salon field before she decided to spread her wings and wonder off on her own. She love and enjoy what she do best and passionate about working with the individual.

What inspired her working with the individual clients?  She enjoy assisting her clients to master the art of their own image. She enjoy being an experts in providing beauty solutions to her individual. She love the constant human interaction and satisfaction witch comes from helping them and understand them to find what is unique about their beauty. She has always been passionate about making her clients feel confident and completes. Beauty is made in many ways and forms. Compliments a woman and she'll feel beautiful for a day; beautify a woman and she'll looks and feel fabulous for a lifetime. 

ETHEREAL BEAUTY'S POLICY

24 HOURS CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND LATE POLICY


Ethereal Beauty appreciate your patronage and are committed to providing an excellent experience. Due to the exclusive services that Ethereal Beauty offer, we have enacted policies to ensure all clients are given quality service and the opportunity to enjoy Ethereal Beauty. Ethereal Beauty understand that unforeseen events occur that may cause a need to cancel/ rescheduling. In my commitment to provide an outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our time, I have adopted the following policies:

* All appointments must be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Your credit card information is stored will full encryption. Cancellation/no shows fees will be charged to your credit card you provide on file.

* Appointments cancelled or rescheduled without a minimum of 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the full service or package price. A 50% fee applies to no-shows.

* Client will be responsible in paying in full for any canceled/no shows services after 3 attempt grace period.

* If a client is more than 15 minutes late, I may require that the appointment be rescheduled and it will be considered a cancellation. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival.

* If you are late for your appointment the treatment will still end at the designated time with no change in fee. We recognize that the set appointment time frames may differ from the actual appointment by 10-15 minutes based on shift changes, traffic, and personal needs of our studio.

* It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or I to have to cancel or be closed during regular existing appointment and there will be no penalties or charge should this be the case.

* As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically the day before your scheduled appointment by our reminder email and/or text messaging from our online appointment scheduling software because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. From this reminder/confirmation email and/ or text you have the option of the following without a charge:

                *Reschedule/change/modify your appointment from your online account;

                *Reschedule/change/modify your appointment by email/text with any issues to Ethereal Beauty at etherealbeautyllc@gmail.com  (608) 385-9623 or messenger through our Facebook page Ethereal Beauty, LLC.

*Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us the day before is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely.

* To inform our wait list clients of any availability, as well as keeping the schedules filled, thus better serving everyone Ethereal Beauty, LLC policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for the established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our 24-hour cancellation, rescheduling and late policy criteria.


PAYMENT POLICY:

*I/Ethereal Beauty accept cash, personal checks and credit cards. All services must be paid in full at the time of visit.

*A minimum-purchase of $10 require on credit card convenience.

*Returned checks will result in a $35.00 fee. Any additional expenses incurred by Renew in order to collect on a bad check will be the responsibility of the client.


PRIVACY & RIGHT OF REFUSAL POLICY:

*I/Ethereal Beauty will not give or sell your information to a third party.

*I/Ethereal Beauty reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons I deem necessary. Thank you!
